Sometimes outcome based service solutions present themselves in the form of partner to partner support. Such was the case when DCR Nashville was approached by a partner vendor and asked to take over and manage the first annual “Innovation in Music Awards” during CMA week at the Westin Hotel in downtown Nashville. This event was hosted by Jay Demarcus of Rascal Flatts and designed by Bob Peterson.
The challenge, provide a solution for a client that not only meet their needs but that exceeded what they expected form our vendor partnership who was no longer able to support them. How do you build a new, better relationship and salvage their excitement for their event? Easy, introduce them to Shane Hamill and DCR Nashville.
Shane and DCR Nashville offered to call upon their extensive experience in event and award productions as well as their relationships to assemble the audio and video systems during one of Nashville’s largest and busiest event weeks. After assessing the best outcome for the client, DCR Nashville provided an audio package tailored specifically to their needs to communicate the awards platform and to provide support for the artist entertainment. In an effort to streamline and execute this event in the best manner possible, DCR Nashville introduced the clients team to our partner network, which allowed for a seamless execution of their event, provided by one network team who works together regularly.
Shane worked diligently with the show Producer, Bret Wolcott, to execute the event with minimal stress. Shane assembled an experienced audio crew who provided the event with peace and mind even when there were last-minute requests and changes. The award show was a huge success and helped to establish another great relationship for DCR Nashville.
