Erik Parker has spent more than a decade as a lighting and production designer, working with bands and events across the globe. He’s worked with acts in genres ranging from pop, rock, country, christian, smooth jazz and R&B. Parker has designed stages and festival sites for hundreds in attendance to hundreds of thousands. Some of his past projects and clients have included Billy Currington, ONEREPUBLIC, NEEDTOBREATHE, Jennifer Nettles, Dave Koz, KAABOO Festivals, Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, Voodoo Fest, Nashville’s July 4^th Celebrations, Nashville’s New Year’s Eve Celebrations, and many more.

Parker has an eye for visual moments, but most importantly a heart for people. He co-founded the Touring Career Workshop with production designer Chris Lisle and his “You Got This.” brand is etched in his soul (and literally on his arm). It’s the backbone of everything that he stands for.  As a Senior Project Manager at DCR, Parker melds his passions to continue to bring our clients an impeccable product, while simultaneously making it a priority to partner with individuals to create success in their own dreams and ambitions in the live entertainment business.
